A neo-modernist marvel, Perianth Hotel celebrates contemporary Greek culture in the heart of its ancient capital, Athens.
Situated in Agias Eirinis square near many of the Greek capital’s major attractions but off the crowded tourist trail, Perianth Hotel is surprising in many ways. Designed by the country’s hottest design firm, K-Studio, the hotel is a joyful ode to Greece today. The interiors are inspired by the Athenian modern movement, the building's streamlined art deco facade reveals rooms with stunning Acropolis views, and curated artworks by contemporary Greek artists are on proud display both in the rooms and the public spaces.
Built in the 1930’s in mid-war modern style, the imposing building has been waiting vacant for years. The architects that undertook its renovation spent endless hours in the dusty floors observing the natural light and functionality of the building.
